Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information — which includes sharing identifiers with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising. This control stops the advertising-measurement sharing category.

Person likeness licensing, AI Characters and programme permissions are described in the Creator Likeness and Platform Agreement version 2026-10 and the Privacy Notice. Contact privacy@hyperknown.ai for requests concerning those records or uses. Applicable privacy rights remain available.

The preference takes effect immediately in this browser and is stored for 13 months. If you are signed in, it is also recorded on your account so it follows you across devices. It beats any earlier “Accept all” choice; re-enabling marketing later requires a fresh, explicit consent action.
