Project briefs require your acceptance and signature; a separately opted-in Licence Programme approves its disclosed uses without individual project approval. Clause 3 also permits persistent AI Characters, authorised training and royalty-free HyperKnown promotion. Clause 7 restrictions apply to Outputs. Raw identity documents are never licensed to companies.

No. You sign one licensing agreement that sets the rules, then approve project briefs or separately opt in to a disclosed Licence Programme. Pylon receives an exclusive platform licence over submitted materials for AI commercial licensing during participation, with disclosed existing commitments excluded. You retain ownership and may undertake ordinary personal, editorial and live-performance work subject to approved project exclusivity. The agreement also grants persistent model, training and promotional permissions.

You must be at least 18, create a profile, sign the licensing agreement and complete identity verification. Stripe currently provides verification; clause 9 requires Australian 100-point identification. Follow the documents and checks requested for your account.

Companies are licensing a real person, so every person verifies their identity with Stripe Identity, and HyperKnown reviews each profile before companies can see it. HyperKnown never stores your ID and companies never see it. Only the Verified badge is shown.

Timing depends on completing the profile, reading and signing the agreement, identity checks and any required review. A booking is not guaranteed. Before your first paid project you also record a 20-second permission video, which stays private.

Your agreed talent fee is paid in full. After delivery, company acceptance, the applicable review period and cleared holds, your fee becomes eligible for a scheduled payout. Payouts run through Stripe in the US and Airwallex everywhere else, so you can be paid in most countries. You add bank details when you accept your first project, not before.

No. Follower count plays no part in casting. Companies on HyperKnown are licensing a real person's likeness for their own AI-generated advertising, not your audience.
