Report a safety concern

You can report misuse of your likeness, a privacy concern or a security problem without signing in. Include the page or campaign address and enough detail for us to investigate. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or copies of intimate material.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This form is not an emergency service.

We use these details to assess your report and contact you. Access is restricted to authorised reviewers. Our Privacy Notice explains retention and your rights.

What happens next

An authorised reviewer assesses the report, records the actions taken and contacts you if more information is needed. We can restrict access to material we control while investigating. We may need the cooperation of a company, publisher or other service to address copies outside HyperKnown.

We check authority before making account changes or releasing personal information. A report alone does not change a contract or establish that someone breached it.

For security researchers: describe the issue and the minimum steps needed to demonstrate it. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service or publish private material. Contact safety@hyperknown.ai to agree the scope of any further testing.
