Delete your account and data

You can request deletion without reinstalling the HyperKnown app. Email support@hyperknown.ai with the subject “HyperKnown account deletion request” and identify the account you want deleted. We verify your identity or authority before fulfilling the request.

In the app, open Account → Privacy and account deletion. On the website, sign in and open Settings, then choose “Delete my data” under Privacy requests. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

Eligible personal information is removed or de-identified. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute obligations. Our Privacy Notice explains the retained records, retention periods, backups and how requests are handled. Deletion and withdrawal of likeness consent are separate requests; existing agreements may require separate review.
